1. What is Allierre Boutique ?
Allierre is a curated online boutique offering handpicked fashion accessories and luxury pieces. We partner with trusted suppliers to bring you standout items with character, elegance, and soul.
2. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select the item you love, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout to finalize your order.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can monitor its journey.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States, selected European countries, and Canada. We do not offer international shipping outside of these regions at this time.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed. Once fulfillment has started, we’re unable to reverse the order. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@allierre
7. What if I don’t love my item after receiving it?
We know preferences can shift — and that’s okay. If your item doesn’t work for you, you're welcome to resell it in our Pre-Loved Section, even if it has been gently used. Just reach out to us and we’ll walk you through the process.
8. Why don’t you accept returns on Final Sale items?
Because we work with international suppliers and luxury logistics, restocking and reverse shipping can cost up to $100 per item. For that reason, Final Sale items are not eligible for return. However, in rare cases where there's a clear manufacturing defect, we will do our best to find a resolution.
9. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please email us at refunds@allierre.com
within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll review the case and assist you with a replacement or refund if applicable.
